Terms & Conditions — jep77

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on jep77. By completing registration, you confirm and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. jep77 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified to our satisfaction.

2.2 Jurisdiction. The Platform is primarily designed for players who are residents of Indonesia. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. jep77 does not represent or warrant that use of the Platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction. Players accessing the Platform from Prohibited Territories do so at their own risk and may have their accounts suspended without notice.

2.3 Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated, placed under guardianship, or who are otherwise restricted from entering into contracts are not eligible to register.

2.4 One Account Per Person. Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or bonuses therein.

3.1 Registration Process. To access real-money features of the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address or mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jep77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify jep77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3.3 KYC Documents. jep77 may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require you to submit documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment method ownership. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (Indonesian national identity card / KTP, passport, or driver's licence)
• Proof of residential address in Indonesia dated within three months (bank statement, utility bill, or official correspondence)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit (screenshot or statement from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja)

3.4 Withdrawal Hold. jep77 reserves the right to place a hold on any withdrawal request pending completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will not be processed until all required documentation has been submitted and approved. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 30 days of a request may result in account suspension.

3.5 Accuracy of Information. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC is grounds for immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the Account. jep77 will cooperate fully with any law enforcement investigation arising from such conduct.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. jep77 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively via Indonesian payment channels. Accepted methods include local bank transfers through BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata, as well as domestic e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the Platform at the time of transaction and are subject to change at jep77's discretion. Players are advised to review current limits in their account dashboard before initiating any transaction.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via virtual account (VA) transfer or e-wallet are typically credited to the Player's Account within 60 seconds of a confirmed transfer. Delays may occur during periods of high banking system congestion, Indonesian public holidays, or Force Majeure events. jep77 is not liable for delays attributable to the Player's bank or e-wallet provider.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. jep77 targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals and up to 3 hours for bank transfers under normal operating conditions, 24 hours a day. Processing times may be extended where KYC verification is pending or where the withdrawal is subject to a bonus wagering requirement under Clause 5.

4.5 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that legitimately belong to you. Deposits from third-party bank accounts or payment instruments not registered in your name are prohibited. jep77 reserves the right to reverse any such deposit and return funds to their origin, less any applicable handling fees.

4.6 No Money Laundering. The Platform must not be used for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime. jep77 employs real-time transaction monitoring and will report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations. Accounts implicated in such activity will be immediately suspended and all funds held pending investigation.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits offered by jep77 are subject to wagering requirements and any additional conditions specified in the individual promotion's terms, which are published on the Platform at the time the promotion is live. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the individual promotion terms, the individual promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. jep77 actively monitors bonus activity. The following are considered forms of bonus abuse and will result in cancellation of all associated bonuses and, in serious cases, permanent account closure:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once
• Using low-risk or mathematically structured betting patterns specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play risk
• Colluding with other players to exploit promotion mechanics
• Providing false information to qualify for a promotion

5.4 Expiry. Bonuses that are not claimed or wagered within the period stated in the promotion terms will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated. jep77 is under no obligation to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the terms published at the time of the promotion.

5.5 Right to Modify or Cancel. jep77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a bonus in good faith and are actively meeting its wagering requirement will not have that bonus retroactively cancelled during the active wagering period.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. jep77 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where the Platform detects irregular betting patterns, where a market has been offered in error, or where the integrity of an event is in question.

6.2 Palpable Errors. Where odds, paylines, or prize amounts are displayed due to a technical error or manifest mistake ("palpable error"), jep77 reserves the right to void any wagers accepted at those incorrect values and to return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. This applies across all game categories including sportsbook, live casino, slot games, togel, fish shooting, and esports betting.

6.3 Sportsbook. Sports betting markets — including but not limited to BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, AFF Cup (Piala AFF), and esports tournaments such as Mobile Legends MPL — are governed by jep77's sportsbook rules published separately on the Platform. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are subject to the specific multi-bet terms stated therein.

6.4 Live Casino. All live dealer games are operated by certified third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live) under their respective licences. In the event of a game disconnection during a live hand or spin, the outcome determined by the studio's server logs shall be final. jep77 accepts no liability for losses arising from connectivity issues on the Player's side.

6.5 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a verifiable game malfunction that results in an incorrect outcome, jep77 will void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. Winnings generated from a malfunctioning game are not payable.

6.6 Collusion and Cheating. Any use of software, bots, algorithms, artificial intelligence tools, or collaborative strategies designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

7.1 Commitment. jep77 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. We provide a range of player protection tools, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options, all accessible from within your Account settings.

7.2 Self-Exclusion. Any Player who feels that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion by contacting jep77 support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion will be applied within 24 hours of a confirmed request and will prevent the Player from logging into or depositing on the Platform for the elected period.

7.3 Age Verification. jep77 employs robust age verification procedures. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all deposits returned where verifiably traceable, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

8.1 Ownership. All content on the jep77 Platform — including but not limited to the jep77 brand name, logo, domain name, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of jep77 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Permitted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works from any Platform content.

8.3 Prohibited Use. You must not scrape, crawl, frame, mirror, or otherwise reproduce any portion of the Platform. You must not use jep77's trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any context without prior written consent from jep77.

9.1 Platform Availability. jep77 aims to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or Force Majeure events. jep77 shall not be liable for any loss suffered by a Player as a result of Platform unavailability.

9.2 Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jep77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

9.3 Cap on Liability. Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, jep77's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any and all claims arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.1 Termination by jep77. jep77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice where jep77 reasonably believes that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• The Account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• The Player has provided false or misleading information at any stage
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players
• jep77 is required to do so by a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request

10.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination for breach, jep77 may forfeit any remaining balance in the Account where such balance is attributable to fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity. Where termination is not attributable to Player breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completed KYC verification.

10.3 Voluntary Closure. A Player may request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting jep77 support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method upon completion of a final KYC check.

11.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law and the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which jep77 holds its international gaming licence. The Platform is offered to Indonesian residents on a cross-border basis.

11.2 Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact jep77 support in the first instance and allow a period of 30 days for the parties to attempt to resolve the matter informally. The majority of Player concerns are resolved at this stage to the satisfaction of all parties.

11.3 Binding Arbitration. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

11.4 Class Action Waiver. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings shall be conducted solely on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against jep77.

12.1 Right to Amend. jep77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, jep77 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification.

12.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 10.3.
